Insert-style reusable menstrual or incontinence pads are a great way to stretch your purchase for your light-to-moderate needs.
By pairing the removable absorbent cores with a thin-waterproof base, you should get 2-to-3 wears from each base. Simply remove the soiled insert, and replace with a dry one. The base, even though wet, will not leak through the centre. Potential leakage will occur off the very ends in the event of a large gush of blood or urine.
Each pad comes with two cores.
