XS fits pant size 2 - 4 (hip = 33" - 35")
S fits pant size 6 - 8 (hip = 36" - 37" )
M fits pant size 8 - 10 ( hip = 38" - 40" )
L fits pant size 12 - 14 ( hip = 41" - 43")
XL fits pant size 16 - 18 ( hip = 44" - 46" )
XXL fits pant size 20 - 22 (hip = 47" - 49" )

Pads can be of any variety: mini, maxi, long, heavy....or customized to your needs. Please note that pads are sewn right on to the material so these are considered as "one time" uses during your period (ie. for a heavy over-night use, or light all dav coverage).
